Job4Real operates the Telegram bot “Jay Job4Real”. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how you can delete it.
1. What we collect
- •Telegram identifiers: your chat ID, Telegram user ID and the first name/username Telegram sends us.
- •Career profile: the answers you give in the assessment (situation, skills, experience, target job title, country, city, work mode, salary expectation) and your chosen language.
- •Conversation context: recent messages you send to the bot, so Jay can answer in context.
- •Purchase records: which product you bought, when, and the payment reference from our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
2. Why we use it
- •To run the service you asked for: career assessment, job matches, CV analysis, skill & salary reports, interview prep and weekly job alerts.
- •To remember where you are in a conversation and to deliver a purchased report.
- •We do not sell your data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not use it to build advertising profiles.
3. CV and job-ad content
- •When you send a CV or a job ad, its text is used to produce your report and is then removed from our records. We do not keep the file.
- •Your CV text is processed by an AI model provider to generate the analysis. It is not used to train public models.
4. How long we keep it
- •Chat history: automatically deleted after 30 days.
- •Career profile and language: kept while your account with the bot exists, so you don't have to repeat the assessment.
- •Purchase records: kept as required by accounting and tax law.
5. Security
- •All traffic between you, Telegram and our servers is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS). Data at rest is stored on managed, access-controlled infrastructure.
- •Telegram bot chats are not end-to-end encrypted — this is a limitation of the Telegram Bot platform, not of our app. Please do not send passwords, ID scans or medical records.
6. Your rights
- •Access and erasure: send /deletedata in the bot to permanently delete your profile, assessment answers, chat history and access records.
- •You can also send /privacy in the bot for a short summary at any time.
- •Depending on your country (EU/EEA GDPR, UK GDPR, Saudi PDPL, UAE PDPL, Turkey KVKK) you may also have rights to correction, portability and objection. Contact us and we will act within 30 days.
7. Processors we use
- •Telegram (message delivery), our hosting and database provider, an AI model provider (report generation), and Stripe (payments).
- •Data may be processed outside your country of residence, protected by standard contractual clauses where required.
8. Children
- •The service is not intended for anyone under 16 years old.
